Forged Steele Classic Hair pin (Large)

These beautiful, handmade, classic hair pins are forged individually by Dei Malleo Ironworks of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Each on can take up to an hour to forge correctly from mild steel. These are heavy and stout hair pins, not for the faint of heart. Fine, but thick hair wears the small size best. Medium density, thick hair will wear the medium best, and thick, dense hair wears the large. After forging and descaling, the hair pin is tempered to achieve a beautiful heat treated finish and coated with bees wax before buffering.
